Befriend Motherwell

We are a befriending organisation based within Motherwell covering the ML1 postal code area. We offer 1-1 befriending services for adults 65 years and older who enjoy engaging in a two-way conversation and are currently experiencing loneliness or isolation.

We offer lots of other opportunities including chair yoga and chair pilates in addition to various events throughout the year.

We are always looking for more volunteers. Without our wonderful volunteers the service we currently offer would not be possible. If you would like further information on befriending opportunities please get in touch we would be delighted to hear from you.
